Project Implementation - Process

The execution portion of the project plan will vary from project to project. However, many projects are similar and if so can benefit from following a pre-defined plan for all projects of that type.

Deliver

Deliver the project results or hold a meeting to discuss the results. In some cases the actual product may be implemented during the execution phase.

Obtain Feedback

Obtain customer feedback and fix any deficiencies that are found. This should not be a problem if the project plan and execution were carefully coordinated with the customer.

Obtain Sign Off

This officially closes the project from the customer perspective.
